Description

You will develop, test, and migrate BI and data visualization projects within an Agile framework.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy applications using AWS cloud infrastructure, focusing on fault tolerance and auto-scaling.
  • Manage QlikView, Tableau, and Cognos server environments, including cube builds, publishing, and automation.
  • Handle production deployments, validation, and ad-hoc support tasks using shell scripts and SQL.
  • Monitor application performance against SLAs and generate monthly reports using ServiceNow.
  • Participate in code and design reviews and coordinate with DBAs and System Administrators for maintenance and patching.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with QlikView, Tableau, and Cognos.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong SQL and Oracle skills, including creating tables, functions, and procedures.
  • Experience writing shell scripts and managing UNIX/AutoSys/Cronjob tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Cognos transformer cube package creation and automation.
