You will oversee the development, installation, and optimization of hardware and software systems, acting as a procedural expert for key processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Designs and deploys new applications and enhances existing software and operating systems.
• Conducts system analysis to detect performance issues and resolves business systems problems.
• Tests installed software for malfunctions and measures the effectiveness of existing systems.
• Provides technical recommendations to management on process improvements.
• Oversees the training of junior engineers to improve team efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software and systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of software testing techniques, code optimization, and debugging.
• Ability to conduct deep system analysis to identify and resolve technical challenges.
• Experience integrating software structures with hardware and computing systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with developers and technology professionals to achieve common objectives.
