Description

You will build and deploy production-grade AI agents and chatbots on Google Cloud Platform. You own the lifecycle from rapid prototyping in Agent Studio to scalable services on Cloud Run and GKE, ensuring secure, observable, and cost-effective operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents with tool integration using APIs, databases, and enterprise services.
• Build multi-step agent workflows involving reasoning, orchestration, and context handling.
• Convert proof-of-concept prototypes into production services on GCP.
• Implement guardrails, access controls, and monitoring for security and reliability.
• Optimize agent latency, operational cost, and system performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python; Java or similar backend language preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI preferred).
• Experience building AI/LLM applications or chatbots.
• Familiarity with ADK or similar agent frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills, with BigQuery experience preferred.
• Proven track record building APIs and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agent Studio, AI Studio, or rapid prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and secure service integration (IAM).
