Description

You will manage, maintain, and troubleshoot internal software applications and tooling. You own the lifecycle of support requests from triage to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Triage support requests from engineers and follow established internal workflows.
• Investigate problems using internal tools to correlate issues with release events or code rollouts.
• Extract data from log files to debug and identify root causes or system owners.
• Write basic tools and test cases to increase the speed and quality of support.
• Collaborate with technical writers to improve documentation and provide product development insights.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with ML/AI technologies.
• Ability to apply debugging techniques to clarify complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills for escalating issues to proper engineering teams.
• Ability to prioritize workloads to ensure critical issues are resolved first.
• Experience producing performance reports for leadership.
• Degree in any field of study.
