Description

You will develop enhancements and provide support for the Texas HHS Legislative Tracking System (LTX) 2.0 Power Platform application.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, system flows, and work processes.
• Design and implement system specifications, standards, and programming.
• Build and maintain Power Platform applications, including Canvas and Model-driven apps.
• Automate business processes using Power Automate flows.
• Investigate problem areas and prepare technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Application Developer.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
• Proficiency with Power Automate (Flows, Desktop Flows, and business process flows).
• Experience designing Power BI reports.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse tables and usage.
• Experience with SharePoint or other database backend storage models.
• Practical knowledge of SaaS and/or PaaS environments.
• Experience working within Agile development processes and sprint planning.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with SharePoint as a backend data storage model.
