Description

You will lead the full software development lifecycle for web-based applications, from initial scope through deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDLC projects, coordinating with change control boards and managing release schedules.
• Analyze application workflows to identify and implement environment efficiencies.
• Direct development teams by performing code validation and approving peer work.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution for complex system issues.
• Implement software modifications to meet security integrity requirements and write technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in web-based software application design and development.
• 8+ years of programming in .NET, C#, Java, JSP, ASP, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• 8+ years of experience with SQL, stored procedures, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• 8+ years of experience in software application administration and management.
• 6+ years of experience working within Agile SDLC methodologies.
• 6+ years of experience in cross-team collaboration for requirements gathering and maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience presenting software demonstrations for customer design approval.
• 4+ years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Master's degree or higher.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mobile application development and mobile web browser compatibility for iOS and Android.
• Knowledge of mobile web optimization for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
