Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems to automate Factory Software processes and manage manufacturing infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend architectures using Go and Rust.
• Develop and maintain elegant, high-performance APIs for frontend and system integration.
• Build and manage logging and monitoring systems to track health and optimize performance.
• Design database schemas and integration layers for seamless data flow.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Go and Rust.
• Experience designing and implementing RESTful or gRPC APIs.
• Working knowledge of Apache Kafka for event streaming.
• Experience with Redis for caching or data structures.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proven track record building real-time software systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with frontend, DevOps, and data science teams.
