Description

Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot internal software applications to provide organization-wide support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Triage and respond to support requests from client engineers.
• Diagnose and resolve issues using debugging techniques and relevant tools.
• Extract and analyze data from log files to identify root causes.
• Write basic tools and test cases to improve support speed and quality.
• Escalate complex issues to engineering teams and collaborate on documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ML/AI.
• Expertise in Python coding.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to analyze log files for root cause identification.
• Effective technical communication skills for internal escalation and reporting.
• Experience generating performance reports and providing product development feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
