Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and integrate backend APIs and service-to-service communication for distributed systems.
• Deploy and operate services on AWS, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-aware performance.
• Collaborate on system design, performance tuning, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Support CI/CD-ready development practices and contribute to automated testing and release workflows.

Skills Required:

• 6+ years of strong experience in Java application development.
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with backend application development, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and Agile development methodologies.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Docker for containerization.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Exposure to monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, ELK, or Prometheus.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
