Description

You bridge complex business problems with technical implementations across the customer lifecycle, acting as a technical advisor for enterprise search product clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultancy and advisory support during pre-sales, onboarding, and business reviews.
• Develop custom-coded workflows to enable file integration for enterprise search product clients.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Build and maintain deep technical relationships with client users from implementation through long-term use.
• Communicate technology structure, behavior, and characteristics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Strong experience consuming REST APIs.
• Background in Back-End Web Development.
• Understanding of Technical Architecture.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to executive-level stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with document and spreadsheet file types such as PDF, .docx, .csv, and .xlsx.
• Previous experience in technical sales or a customer-facing technical environment.
