Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable microservices and backend systems for real-time AI and voice workflows.
• Own end-to-end backend design including APIs, data models, and deployment readiness.
• Optimize for performance, concurrency, and fault tolerance in high-scale environments.
• Implement observability, testing, and resilience practices to support production reliability.
• Build and maintain integrations for real-time communication protocols used in voice systems.

Skills Required:

• 3 - 6 years of relevant backend engineering experience
• Backend development experience with Java and Python.
• API development experience for scalable backend services.
• Real-time communication protocol experience including RTP and SIP.
• Ability to design and deliver low-latency, high-availability backend systems.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to voice AI, speech processing, or AI agent frameworks.
• Experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, or real-time AI inference systems.
• Prior work on AI-driven or telephony-driven platforms at scale.
