Description

You will build and maintain scalable backend services for order and return management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop resilient microservices capable of handling millions of daily transactions.
• Optimize system performance through database tuning, efficient caching, and distributed system design.
• Debug and troubleshoot production issues to improve system reliability and reduce on-call incidents.
• Implement coding standards, design patterns, and automation tools for proactive issue detection.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Infrastructure teams to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Python.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience working with high-traffic systems and high-concurrency environments.
• Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and observability tools.
