Description

You will develop and own backend systems for complex projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor backend engineers, providing code reviews and technical guidance.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend components in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in system architecture decisions and technical design reviews.
• Manage team progress using agile methodologies, including sprints and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, and Golang.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile development practices.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience in system architecture and performance tuning.
• Experience building scalable backend solutions.
