Description

You will build and maintain backend services designed for high-throughput and low-latency workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, observable APIs and data services to ensure high availability.
• Lead integrations with external platforms including Google, Meta, and TikTok for data synchronization.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing metrics, tracing, and alerting frameworks.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines, unit/integration tests, and rollback strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to system-level design and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development within distributed, scalable systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, and S3.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and high-performance service design.
• Practical application of SOLID principles and clean code practices.
• Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
• Ability to design with awareness of infrastructure costs and FinOps.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
