Description

You will lead significant development tasks, mentor junior engineers, and own technical debt.

Responsibilities

• Lead development pieces, code reviews, and small project teams.
• Design and develop practical APIs, abstractions, and data models.
• Implement unit, integration, and acceptance testing during feature development.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions while working directly with partners.
• Provide on-call support as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Experience developing APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational database concepts, and stored procedures.
• Understanding of ACID, normalization, and transactions.
• Strong Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Ability to debug large components with limited assistance.
• Experience working in Agile team environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying applications to AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with reporting and analytics.
