You will build and implement new features as part of a cross-functional team including product and design.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features.
• Mentor and guide other developers through technical leadership.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure maintainable, scalable, and efficient code.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development processes and application performance.
• Ensure all applications meet standards for quality, performance, and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development.
• 5 years of experience with Java.
• 3 years of experience with React.js and Redux.
• 3 years of experience with TypeScript.
• 3 years of experience with Node.js.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
