Description

You will build and maintain scalable microservices and user interfaces for web applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable API microservices using J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive user interfaces using ReactJS, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Manage data persistence and integration using Postgres or similar relational databases.
• Maintain REST APIs through active use of logging, monitoring, and dashboard tools.
• Deploy and manage services within Kubernetes environments using GitLab pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with JQuery, XML/JSON, and AJAX.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs and HTTP protocols.
• Practical experience with Postgres or similar database systems.
• Familiarity with Load balancer technology.
• Experience with Gitlab, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, AppDynamics, or Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience supporting and maintaining production-level REST APIs.
