Description

Build distributed Data or Control Path software for converged computing and storage platforms in private and public cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Build distributed software optimized for high performance and scale.
• Design solutions for complex distributed systems and specific customer requirements.
• Develop features focused on performance, scalability, and resiliency.
• Collaborate with development, test, documentation, and product management teams to deliver products.

Required Skills

• 1-4 years of hands-on experience developing distributed software.
• Proficiency in one or more languages: C, C++, Python, or Golang.
• Strong understanding of UNIX/Linux environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with distributed systems architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with OS internals and distributed data management.
• Knowledge of design trade-offs in building clustered, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Experience with virtualization and storage management.
