Description

You will design, develop, and test software systems using computer science and mathematical principles. You will own database modifications, write logical and physical database descriptions, and coordinate development scope as part of a project team.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing databases and database management systems.
• Write code and specify identifiers for logical and physical database descriptions.
• Coordinate with the project team to determine scope and limitations.
• Review project requests to estimate time and cost requirements based on user needs.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in PHP, Hack, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Python and C++.
• Strong background in web development.
• Proven ability to read, write, and modify existing codebases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in large-scale companies such as Meta.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and contribute to the codebase from day one.
