Description

You will develop backend features and own core services for the InsuranceNow product.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements to define functional specifications and software designs.
• Develop product features and write automated tests with a focus on hands-on coding.
• Maintain and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
• Ensure the scalability, availability, and data security of backend services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing enhancements.

Required Skills

• 4–5 years of experience with Java and object-oriented programming.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and unit testing.
• Experience with AWS Cloud services.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
• Knowledge of database optimization, including query plan analysis and schema adjustments.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
