Description

Develop and own cloud-based connected vehicle services, REST APIs, and microservices handling real-time and streaming data.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build cloud-based REST APIs and microservices using serverless technologies.
• Code, test, and maintain applications processing real-time event-based and streaming data.
• Develop automation, monitoring, and debugging tools for backend systems.
• Implement technical solutions using Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development (TDD).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional programming experience.
• Backend development in Java, Node.js, or Python.
• Experience with AWS IoT, AWS Lambda, and AWS Kinesis.
• Strong understanding of MQTT protocols.
• Proficiency in building REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Experience with Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD) models.
• Experience working with large-scale distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Google Protocol Buffers.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Gradle/Maven, Jenkins, Jira) and Docker.
• Connected vehicle or connected product domain experience.
