Description

You will design and maintain software systems that provide telemetry and analytics for enterprise device and conference room technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop code for data collection, processing, and the creation of self-healing workflows.
• Integrate hardware technologies, including audio/video equipment, to provide telemetry data.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build intuitive interfaces for monitoring and managing telemetry.
• Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and implementation of automated testing frameworks.
• Monitor and optimize telemetry systems to handle large volumes of data efficiently while ensuring security and data privacy compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency with Node.js, Express, ReactJS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building responsive, cross-browser compatible micro frontend web applications.
• Strong experience with SQL (MySQL, MSSQL) and familiarity with NoSQL (Cosmos DB, Graph DB).
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), Git, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
• Experience building customizable, reusable, and accessible cross-platform frontend components.
• Knowledge of REST services, messaging platforms like Kafka, and micro-service architecture.
• Ability to prototype technical solutions using design patterns and open-source libraries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leveraging AI/ML to build custom models.
• Experience with device telemetry and hardware integrations.
