Description

You will design, develop, and deploy software applications, solving complex multi-disciplinary problems across x86, ARM, and cloud platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement performant, extensible algorithms for diverse platforms.
• Integrate new capabilities into existing and upcoming programs using Agile methodology.
• Maintain and enhance system usability, performance, and maintainability through analysis and bug fixes.
• Coordinate with test teams to integrate and resolve software defects.
• Document software through formal models and technical documentation.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in C/C++ and Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with Python and Java.
• Working knowledge of Linux environments.
• Proficiency with Git or similar configuration management software.
• Experience with containerization and cloud technologies.
• Experience using Jira for bug tracking and enhancement documentation.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to support business needs.
• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of experience, a Master’s with 3 years, or a PhD with 0 years.

Preferred Skills

• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
• Experience with C++ Template Metaprogramming and shell scripting.
• Background in legacy software modernization and technical leadership.
