Description

You will design, implement, and test scalable microservice-based cloud applications while maintaining the existing ABAP code base.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable, performant applications using cloud-native patterns.
• Maintain and debug the existing ABAP code base, accounting for up to 20% of your workload.
• Evaluate services for performance and cost optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-unit teams to ensure alignment and standards compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java or ABAP programming languages.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud development principles.
• Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to learn ABAP bugfixing if not already proficient.
