Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement HR applications and platforms.
• Resolve system and client experience impacts across owned environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for business processes.
• Assess the technical viability of new and emerging products and technologies.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of application development experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages.
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery environments.
• Experience utilizing automated testing and Test Driven Development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
