Description

Resolve customer issues related to the implementation and operation of ABAP. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, evaluate, and resolve customer issues regarding ABAP implementation and operation.
• Maintain assigned modules by creating fixes and developing new features.
• Support customers in collecting, implementing, and operating their solutions.
• Participate in building a knowledge base to improve problem-resolution processes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Development, Engineering, or IT.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming using Java, C++, C#, .NET, VB.NET, Perl, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Experience in software maintenance and debugging.
• Knowledge of correction processes and tools.
• Fluency in both Hungarian and English, written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ABAP programming.
• Prior experience with business applications and business processes.
