Description

You will own the full software stack, designing scalable backend services and cloud-native solutions for hybrid environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements to design reusable, scalable software architectures.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions, including CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Implement automated tools, backend services, and data tracking dashboards to enhance workflows.
• Build monitoring systems to track deployed workflows, handle failures, and ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on architecture, design, and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with expertise in Java and Python.
• Proficiency in object-oriented or functional languages such as Go, Java, or Python.
• Experience designing microservices-based applications using microservices patterns.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native and 12-factor application concepts.
• Experience migrating legacy applications to cloud platforms and containerized environments.
• Expertise in REST-based web services, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with horizontally scalable NoSQL storage like MongoDB or Apache Cassandra.
• Hands-on experience with data streaming via Kafka or AWS Kinesis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Akka (Akka HTTP, Akka Streams).
