Description

You will develop products within an established application development team using Python.

Responsibilities

• Write Python code following SOLID principles and object-oriented programming patterns.
• Design and implement unit tests, module tests, and regression validation tests.
• Practice test-driven development and participate in pair programming sessions.
• Apply code analyzer tools including pylint and pep8 to maintain code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• 3-4 years of recent Python development experience.
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with Test Design and Unit Testing.
• Practical knowledge of NumPy, SciPy, and Matplotlib.
• Understanding of statistics.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Cambridge, MA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing medical products.
