Description

You will join the ML System Analysis team to analyze and influence the performance direction of current and future Arm IP.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and analyze performance tests across a broad range of IP and ML software.
• Analyze workloads, systems, and performance expectations to ensure quality for ML and Generative AI use-cases.
• Produce technical summaries and detailed interpretations of results for various audiences.
• Collaborate with software, IP, and systems teams to explore and challenge performance limits.
• Share technical knowledge and influence direction within the ML Group.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or automated testing.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with software development (SW development).
• Experience with automated testing.
• Proficiency in software debugging.
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges through proactive analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of factors influencing device performance and test infrastructure.
• Experience with hardware and software debugging or data analysis.
