You maintain and upgrade software systems, manage releases, and support end users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform software maintenance and upgrades to address user concerns.
• Conduct testing and debugging before releases to ensure operational continuity.
• Provide troubleshooting, support, and training to end users.
• Develop emerging team use cases into functional software.
• Maintain configuration control and generate release notes for each version.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Proficiency in Python, including application frameworks like Flask.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, CSS, and SQL.
• Ability to act independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience interacting with senior contractor and customer personnel.
• Ability to identify and communicate risks related to enterprise environment changes.
