Description

You will lead production support for platform services with a heavy emphasis on development and incident resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead production support efforts to ensure system stability and availability.
• Troubleshoot complex coding issues and identify stability bottlenecks.
• Write and implement code to resolve production incidents directly.
• Manage and maintain DevOps pipelines and platform infrastructure.
• Handle deep-dive troubleshooting of application code and incident response.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong background in Java development.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins.
• Proven expertise in DevOps practices and platform support.
• Ability to handle deep-dive troubleshooting of application code.
• Experience managing production stability and incident response.

• Background in Cloud technologies.
