Description

You will design, deploy, and manage applications and system enhancements while owning end-to-end technical processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing software and operating systems.
• Manage API gateway implementation, migration, and governance activities.
• Conduct system analysis to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance and business system issues.
• Oversee the management and monitoring of MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) and Flex API gateway clusters.
• Mentor junior engineers to improve technical skills and work efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on programming proficiency in Java or Python.
• Expertise in API management and API gateway implementation.
• Experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift for container orchestration and cluster administration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow and CMDB integration.
• Proficiency in production support and troubleshooting using Splunk, Dynatrace, and AnyPoint Monitoring.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI Specification, RAML, or Swagger.
• Experience with MuleSoft ecosystems and API contract governance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C# development.
