Description

Design, code, test, debug, and document enterprise software projects while leading AI adoption initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead or support initiatives to integrate AI-powered applications across the organization.
• Consult on moderately complex initiatives and contribute to large-scale planning.
• Review and analyze complex engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
• Collaborate with client personnel to resolve issues and meet deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring development.
• Proficiency in React, Python, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with Lang Graph and multi-agent orchestration systems.
• Strong analytical skills for solving complex technical problems.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with external clients.
