Description

You will design and build high-traffic web applications across the full software development life cycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design high-level and low-level architectures using object-oriented principles and design patterns.
• Develop complete software projects and significant application components from scratch.
• Interact with clients to provide accurate story estimations and technical requirements.
• Debug complex issues and implement new feature enhancements.
• Manage software deployment and installation processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, and Spring Batch frameworks.
• Proficiency in building SOAP and REST web services.
• Experience with WebSphere application servers.
• Strong database design skills and proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Solid experience working within Linux environments.
• Proven ability to build web applications capable of handling high traffic.

Preferred Skills

• Java SE8 OCP, Java EE6, or Java EE 7 certifications.
• Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, or ReactJS.
• Knowledge of Cloud Computing technologies including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
