Description

You will design and develop distributed, microservices-based cloud solutions using the Java Spring ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build and architect microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
• Develop web services including REST APIs, SOAP, WSDL, and XML.
• Implement and maintain applications on the Pivotal Cloud Foundry platform.
• Refine continuous delivery processes using Jenkins and other CI tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, iterations, and user story development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring JDBC, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience building distributed, service-oriented, and cloud-based architectures.
• Working knowledge of relational databases like MS SQL Server and NoSQL database concepts.
• Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience working within Agile/SDLC models.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CA Agile Central (Rally) or JIRA for backlog management.
• Practical awareness of DevOps principles.
