Description

Build and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs. You will design, develop, test, and deploy microservices while collaborating with front-end teams to deliver efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Python (Django) or Go.
• Optimize PostgreSQL database performance through efficient modeling and querying.
• Implement security practices to protect sensitive data and ensure application integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to maintain system uptime.
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct unit testing with pytest or unittest.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python (Django preferred) or Go.
• Experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Developing RESTful APIs.
• Unit testing frameworks (pytest or unittest).
• Git version control.
• Experience with AWS.
• Proficiency in at least one of: Node.js, Angular, Docker, Kotlin, Swift, React, Java, or JavaScript.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP, Docker, or Kafka.
• Knowledge of MongoDB.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
