Design and orchestrate autonomous AI agents within the Salesforce ecosystem, integrating complex business logic with data cloud capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy autonomous agents using Agent Studio, leveraging Topics, Instructions, and Actions (TIA) to resolve complex business scenarios.
• Build and integrate standard and custom agent actions by connecting Salesforce Flows, Apex actions, and external APIs.
• Architect agent-to-agent communication protocols and implement the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for cross-platform workflows.
• Optimize prompt architecture and data grounding techniques using structured and unstructured business data to ensure accurate, hallucination-free responses.
• Manage the application lifecycle of AI models, enforcing security via the Einstein Trust Layer and deploying configurations from Sandboxes to Production.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce ecosystem experience, with at least 1 year dedicated to building AI-driven CRM architectures (Agentforce or Einstein Copilot).
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce core automation tools: Flows, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, ingestion, vector search strategies, and retriever configuration.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, including guardrails, LLM reasoning logic, and token optimization.
• Experience with agent testing, debugging, and validation using the Agentforce Testing Center and reasoning traces.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (AI-201).
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified AI Associate or Platform Developer I (PD1).
