Description

Provide Tier 2 support for backend telematic services and develop automation tooling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Tier 2 support for backend services.
• Monitor and investigate software alerts proactively.
• Develop automation tooling for monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and reports.
• Build troubleshooting support tools to streamline issue resolution.
• Create and manage knowledge articles for known issues.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience with Java.
• 1+ years of experience with Python or SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience.
