Design, develop, and maintain software applications and systems for internal and client-facing solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable software applications and systems.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing codebases for performance and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable code and actively participate in peer code reviews.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and C++ for backend or system-level development.
• Strong front-end skills with HTML and CSS.
• Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and tooling.
