Design, develop, and implement advanced control algorithms and embedded software solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate control systems using Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation environments.
• Conduct system modeling, analysis, testing, and machine-level validation activities.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software and control system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams through design reviews, model development, testing, and product releases.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of industry experience in controls engineering or software development.
• Strong proficiency with MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and Simscape Power Systems.
• Experience with Co-simulation environments and Linux-based platforms.
• Deep understanding of Linear Control Theory, PID Control Design, and Dynamic System Modeling.
• Experience with advanced control methodologies such as Adaptive Control, Sliding Mode Control, Neural Network-Based Control, or Fuzzy Logic Control.
• Proficiency in C, C++, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Experience developing embedded software on real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Skills

• PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with generator controls, power generation systems, or hybrid energy systems.
