Description

Manage the full software development lifecycle for applications, executing requirement gathering, task estimation, and workflow design.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement software solutions while performing quality assurance.
• Review all deliverables and implementation phases to ensure technical standards.
• Provide production support and analyze DB2 and IDMS databases.
• Apply Six Sigma principles to drive process improvement.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Strong SQL skills for database interaction.
• Experience with HTML and CSS.
• Ability to work with DB2 and IDMS databases.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to various US locations as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying Six Sigma principles to process improvement.
