Description

You will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of microservices architecture while developing high-performance applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance applications using Java 21 and Spring Boot.
• Design and manage resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS, utilizing Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Harness, managing deployments via Helm on AWS EKS.
• Package applications with Docker and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes in production.
• Implement and maintain automation testing frameworks using TestNG, Cucumber, and Google Guice.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering or DevOps, preferably in a leadership or on-call capacity.
• Strong development experience with Java (Java 21 preferred) and Spring Boot.
• In-depth, production-level experience with AWS, including EKS and MSK.
• Expertise in provisioning infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI and Harness.
• Experience implementing monitoring and logging using Datadog and Splunk.
• Practical experience with automation testing frameworks (TestNG, Cucumber).

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to design complex microservice architectures.
• Experience with Kafka and DocumentDB.
