You will serve as the on-site technical resource for the MMS project, focusing on development and technical guidance within the Curam framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document detailed technical design documents based on business and functional requirements.
• Develop software components and APIs following established project coding standards using the Curam framework.
• Conduct data mapping and gap analysis to ensure software meets business needs.
• Implement Proof of Concepts and write SQL queries to assist architects with technical issue analysis.
• Resolve defects and build new functionalities within Curam HCR.

Required Skills

• Minimum of four years of technical experience with IBM Curam framework, specifically Curam HCR and CGIs.
• Curam Certification is required.
• Experience with Curam OOTB modules: Workflow, Tasks, CER rules, Evidence framework (static and dynamic), IEG, and Web-services.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL statements.
• Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and SQL/No-SQL databases.
• Experience delivering software using waterfall, scrum, or agile methodologies.
• Ability to profile and troubleshoot IBM Curam Out of the Box and custom code.
• Experience with AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Science, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare insurance principles and processes or Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) experience.
• Experience using Django or similar Python web frameworks.
