Description

You will design, build, and deploy cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Tekton, Jenkins, Maven, and Gradle.
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, and Cloud Run.
• Write and maintain automated tests, emphasizing test-driven development practices.
• Mentor peers on technical excellence, lean/agile methodologies, and modern engineering practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in Angular for front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native services.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Tekton, Maven, and Gradle.
• Experience with deployment platforms such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry or Cloud Foundry.
• Strong background in test-driven development and agile methodologies (XP, Lean).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React or Kotlin.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
