REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Hands-on experience with the Odessa product (leasing, lending, or loan servicing modules). • Domain experience in auto finance, commercial finance, or captive finance — understanding of loan/lease lifecycle, funding, billing, and collections. • Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model with distributed teams across time zones. • Ability to interpret and write SQL queries for data investigation and validation. • Understanding of REST/SOAP API concepts for troubleshooting integration issues. • Familiarity with incident and change management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar). • Strong client-facing communication skills; able to translate business issues into technical actions. • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced AMS environment. Top 3 Preferred Skills: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) — understanding of schema design, stored procedures, and query optimization in the Odessa data model. • Experience with API integrations — REST, SOAP, JSON/XML-based data exchange, including use of tools like Postman for debugging. • Preferred Exposure to Odessa Studio or Odessa Designer for workflow and business rule configuration. • Understanding of captive finance business processes — OEM dealer programs, subsidy rates, floorplan, or commercial lease structures. • Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for automation of routine support tasks. • Education Requirements: Bachelors in Computer Science or other related field
