Description

You will architect and build foundational AI infrastructure to support product scaling and rapid feature development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect core services including distributed key-value stores, schema-less data stores, authentication, and event streaming.
• Develop infrastructure for rate limiting, circuit breaking, feature flags, A/B testing, and traffic capture/replay.
• Build and improve distributed logging, tracing, monitoring, and alerting frameworks to enhance system observability.
• Define performance metrics for microservices to identify bottlenecks and improve application scalability.
• Partner with ML, search, and product teams to define infrastructure roadmaps and execute interdependent projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining backend distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Elasticsearch.
• Proven ability to solve for latency, optimization, and large-scale scalability.
• Experience managing containers and Docker environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating open source technologies such as OpenSearch or Istio.
