Description

You will build backend components for an MLOps platform on AWS, supporting feature engineering, serving, deployment, and inference for batch and online modes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend components for feature engineering and model deployment.
• Build services for both batch and online model inference.
• Implement concurrent programming designs to handle high-scale workloads.
• Maintain and scale containerized services on AWS.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience using Python.
• Experience with web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Hands-on experience with WSGI and ASGI web servers such as Gunicorn or Uvicorn.
• Proficiency with concurrent programming using AsyncIO.
• Experience with Docker and container platforms like AWS ECS or EKS.
• Experience with AWS public cloud services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices, tools, and frameworks.
• Experience with unit and functional testing frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Kafka and developing Kafka client applications in Python.
• Experience with MLOps platforms like AWS SageMaker, Kubeflow, or MLflow.
• Familiarity with big data processing using Apache Spark.
