Description

You will own software development to centralize platforms and modernize software stacks across CF&O divisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand business needs to define process workflows, data requirements, and specifications.
• Develop technical specifications, design documents, testing strategies, and implementation plans from business requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end systems development lifecycle, from analysis through maintenance.
• Improve workflow efficiency by systemizing and automating financial metrics and limits.
• Develop unified data models across assessment platforms to meet regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in software development.
• Strong programming experience in at least one compiled language (Java or C++).
• Full Stack experience with industry standard frameworks (React, Spring Boot).
• Experience with build tools and dependency management (Maven, Drop Wizard).
• Proficiency in Web/RESTful service development.
• Knowledge of relational and columnar SQL databases, including database design.
• Demonstrated understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
