Description

You will lead the migration of applications from Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) to Red Hat OpenShift.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess application architecture, dependencies, and deployment configurations within PCF.
• Execute application migrations to OpenShift clusters while maintaining functionality and minimizing disruption.
• Implement configuration changes and manage container orchestration following deployment best practices.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures, container errors, and platform-specific issues in the OpenShift environment.
• Optimize application and container settings for performance, scalability, and resource utilization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience designing and architecting enterprise container platforms.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficiency in OpenShift cloud platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD tools using Harness.
• Proficiency in scripting with shell and Helm charts/modules.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools.
• Experience with Autosys.
