Description

You will enhance and maintain a production application primarily written in Golang, while supporting the migration of core functionality to C#.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop new features and resolve bugs within the Golang codebase.
• Collaborate with teams to migrate existing Go functionality to C#.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure quality in the CI/CD pipeline.
• Identify gaps and address potential issues during the Go to C# migration.
• Document processes and support continuity during the transition phase.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in Golang development.
• Proficiency in C# for migration support.
• Experience building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with software migration practices, including feature parity validation.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.
• Experience with Git and working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with legacy code modernization.
• Strong background in distributed systems debugging.
